Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Arrivals

Sessions may be shortened for late arrivals, with the original service price still applying.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered after a service has been completed. Prepaid sessions may be refunded if canceled more than 6 hours in advance.
